Services refers to professional assistance, advisory sessions, analysis reports and ongoing support delivered in person, remotely or via digital channels.

5. Goods

Goods denotes physical items such as printed materials or toolkits shipped to your address.

6. Payments and Fees

All orders must be paid in full prior to delivery. Invoices will be issued upon request. Payment may be made by the methods indicated at checkout. Charges will be processed immediately after confirmation.

7. Refund Policy

7.1 Services

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment qualify for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are not eligible for any refund. You may request a reschedule without additional charge if you notify us at least 24 hours prior to the service date. Refunds are processed within 14 days via the original payment method.

7.2 Info Products

You may request a refund within 7 days of receiving digital materials, provided you have accessed no more than 20% of the content. To initiate a refund, contact us at contact.html. Approved refunds are processed within 10 days via the original payment method.

7.3 Goods

You have a right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery. To exercise this right, notify us at contact.html and send the item back in its original condition and packaging. Once we receive the shipment, we will issue a refund within 14 days via the original payment method. The customer is responsible for the cost of sending items back.

8. Amendments

We may update these Terms at any time. The latest version will be posted at asesfiscal.com. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
